When employees of our client businesses use Aegis, our AI scheduling assistant, we collect their name, mobile phone number, email address, work availability, and scheduling preferences in order to provide scheduling and workforce management services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver AI-powered scheduling and workforce management services through Aegis and Homebase
- Send SMS notifications including shift assignments, schedule updates, time-off confirmations, coverage requests, and operational alerts
- Respond to requests and communications
- Improve and maintain our platform
3. SMS Messaging
Quria Solutions operates an AI scheduling assistant (Aegis) that sends SMS messages to employees of our client businesses. By providing your mobile phone number during the onboarding process, you consent to receive text messages from Aegis related to your work schedule, shift assignments, time-off requests, and operational notifications.
Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity. You may receive several messages per week during active scheduling periods.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive messages. To re-enroll, contact your manager or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used exclusively to deliver scheduling-related notifications through our platform. We may share data with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of transmitting messages. This sharing is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your employer maintains an active account with Quria Solutions, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting awdarling@quriasolutions.com.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
