1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Aegis or Homebase, products of Quria Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Quria Solutions provides AI-powered workforce management software including:
- Aegis — an AI assistant manager that communicates via SMS and email to handle scheduling, time-off requests, coverage, and workforce coordination on behalf of client businesses
- Homebase — a web-based operations platform for managing employees, schedules, rules, and AI activity
3. SMS Program Terms
Quria Solutions operates an SMS messaging program through Aegis for the purpose of employee scheduling and workforce coordination.
Program name: Aegis by Quria Solutions
Message types: Shift assignments, schedule updates, time-off confirmations, coverage requests, availability collection, and operational notifications
Message frequency: Varies based on scheduling activity
Message and data rates may apply.
To cancel: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation SMS and will be unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-In and Consent
Employees of our client businesses provide their mobile phone number during an onboarding process facilitated by Aegis. By completing onboarding and providing a mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive scheduling-related SMS messages from Aegis. Consent is not a condition of employment. Opt-out instructions are provided at opt-in and in all subsequent messages.
5. Client Business Responsibilities
Businesses that use Quria Solutions services are responsible for:
- Ensuring employees are informed that they will receive SMS communications from Aegis
- Maintaining accurate employee contact information
- Complying with applicable employment and privacy laws in their jurisdiction
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quria Solutions services to transmit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content. Our platform may not be used for marketing campaigns, promotional messaging, or any content outside of workforce coordination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quria Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
