SMS Messaging Program

1. About This Program

Quria Solutions operates Aegis, an AI scheduling assistant that sends SMS messages on behalf of client businesses to their employees. Messages are sent for workforce coordination purposes only, including shift assignments, weekly schedule notifications, time-off confirmations, and emergency coverage requests.

Aegis messages are sent from the dedicated business number +1 (616) 747-7953, registered with major US carriers. Messages are never sent for marketing, promotional, or sales purposes.

2. Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are only sent to employees of businesses that use the Aegis scheduling platform. Your phone number must be on file with your employer and you must confirm opt-in before any scheduling messages are sent to you.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of employment.

3. How Opt-In Works

Your phone number must be provided to your employer, who adds you to the Homebase scheduling platform. Before Aegis sends any scheduling messages, you will receive a single opt-in confirmation SMS from +1 (616) 747-7953. You must reply YES to confirm before any further messages are sent. If you do not reply YES, no further messages will be sent.

What to expect:

  1. Your employer adds your phone number to Homebase as part of your scheduling setup.
  2. You receive a single opt-in SMS from +1 (616) 747-7953 identifying Aegis and your employer.
  3. You reply YES to confirm consent.
  4. Aegis sends a welcome message and begins sending scheduling notifications as needed.

The opt-in message you will receive looks like this:

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by employer and your assigned schedule. During active scheduling periods you may receive multiple messages per week. Messages are only sent when there is a relevant scheduling update, shift assignment, or action required.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Aegis. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

To resubscribe after opting out, reply START.

Opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT
